If you are looking for a fantastic value for money day out, then look no further… The historic house & its glorious backdrop, immaculately kept gardens, award winning tearooms (where everything is homemade!) and of course the splendour of Icarus Falconry offer something for all ages. Our wide selection of birds of prey, ranging from our parliament of Owls to our majestic Eagles, our marvellous menagerie, with the popular Miss Roxy fox, Norma the Hedgehog, Kit & Kat the cheeky, playful polecats, our mischief of rats who love to play hide and seek in their den and don’t forget our amazing reptiles, amphibians and fish!
Our passion for conservation and education is truly infectious and we love to involve you along the way. Our outdoor country style games such as ‘Cornhole’ and ‘Ladybird & Bee tic tac toe’ are all situated around the falconry centre for you to enjoy as part of your ticket price.
Whilst there is no food or drink permitted in the Falconry centre, we do have plenty of seating around the picturesque site so that you can relax and enjoy the peace and beauty around you.
